Bulls Dixon Companies Expands Cat's Paw Marina

St. Augustine, FL – August 15, 2024

Bulls Dixon Companies is expanding Cat’s Paw Marina, now encompassing 20 acres along the San Sebastian River. The expansion adds 11.5 waterfront acres to the existing 8.5-acre marina. Phase 1 includes:

  • Dry stack storage for 500 boats (up to 45 feet).
  • A new 114,000 sq. ft. boat barn.
  • Transient dock space, renovated drop zones, and 78 self-storage units.
  • A new waterfront restaurant (opening late 2024).

Phases 2 and 3 will feature additional storage and 85,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, with 10 acres available for development. Construction starts in October 2024, with Phase 1 completion expected by June 2025.

Founder Gayle Bulls Dixon expressed gratitude to the St. Augustine community and the project’s “All-Star Team” of collaborators. This effort aligns with regional plans to enhance boating access, including a nearby public boat ramp project.
