Bulls Dixon Companies Expands Cat's Paw Marina

St. Augustine, FL 

Bulls Dixon Companies is expanding Cat’s Paw Marina, now encompassing 20 acres along the San Sebastian River. The expansion adds 11.5 waterfront acres to the existing 8.5-acre marina. Phase 1 includes:

  • Dry stack storage for 500 boats (up to 45 feet).
  • A new 114,000 sq. ft. boat barn.
  • Transient dock space, renovated drop zones, and 78 self-storage units.
  • A new waterfront restaurant (opening late 2024).

Phases 2 and 3 will feature additional storage and 85,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, with 10 acres available for development. 

Founder Gayle Bulls Dixon expressed gratitude to the St. Augustine community and the project’s “All-Star Team” of collaborators. This effort aligns with regional plans to enhance boating access, including a nearby public boat ramp project.

  • Increased Capacity: Expanded storage for vessels up to 40 feet, supported by a newly acquired high-capacity forklift.
  • Additional Developments: New parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and utility infrastructure.
